Need to make changes to your plan?

Certainly! You can make changes at any time. Cancel, pause, up grade or downgrade. There is no minimum commitment, beyond the payment frequency you select – monthly, quarterly or annually.

Can I get a refund?

You can cancel any time, but we do not offer refunds.

How is billing handled?

We use Stripe as our payment processor, payments are taken monthly (or annually) in advance.

How are cancellations handled?

You can cancel your billing at anytime,, depending on the service you may get a pro-rata refund. Our done for you services have a 14 day on ramp, which we use to get to know you and your business goal. You can cancel any time in that period, before you are charged. We do not offer a refund after the 14 days. But you can cancel your service before you are charged again.

How can I request an invoice for my purchase?

Stripe should send you one. Check your junk, if you’ve not got it, then reach out.

How do I know you’re a legitimate business ?

We are registered with companies house, and you can check out our customer reviews.

Do you do adwords?

We don’t. For most of the businesses we work with, its not a effective use of money. It is a really easy see their “value”, as the click through rate and return on investment is easily explainable and that’s why large agencies push their clients in that direction. We think there is better spend especially for local businesses.

Do you do web-design?

Yes, for certain degrees of yes. We will create a simple landing page to tie together your socials, directory listings and GBP. This is done for holistic local SEO purposes rather than to sell you a website or convert visitors. Hosting is passed on at cost.

No, and anyone that claims they can doesn’t know what they are doing.

If I cancel how do I get my profiles back?

We will always ensure you have primary access, if necessary making the email accounts and log ins. Your online presence is your virtual shop front and it is exactly that – yours.

Can I pay in different currencies.

That depends. Stripe should offer the option to pay in your own currency – but there are some geographic limits on that,
